SCHOLARSHIPS

SCP’s mission is to lower the barriers of access to contemplative and devotional practices, and our core logic model is Sacred Community. It envisions a world in alignment with the truth of Interdependence, and it is based on a simple idea: everyone receives the support they need, and everyone gives what they can.

It is for this reason that we don’t want to turn anyone away from a retreat for lack of funds.

Due to the continued legacy of colonization and systemic oppression and because SCP highly values diversity, we particularly encourage those in need of scholarships from the following groups to apply: Black, Indigenous, People of Color (BIPOC), queer and trans/non-binary folk, young adults (18-26), elders (65+), and those experiencing disabilities or life threatening illness.

That said, anyone with financial hardship is encouraged to apply.

*Please note: The retreat facilitators meet on a monthly basis, and we will review all scholarship applications at these meetings. Because of this, you can expect to hear back from us within a month of your application.
